It was in old times when soldiers use to wear Epaulette on their shoulders but it seems that fashion is timeless. Now the latest fashion has given a place for this full sleeve shirt with two pockets on chest with aiguillette to button them and epaulette on both sides of shoulder. These shirts are casual wear shirts for both men and women but mostly men.
